Return Policy

*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:  Effective October 25, 2023 purchases of Holiday gifts made both in store and online are eligible for exchange only through January 15, 2024.  Receipt must be present for items purchased in store. Exclusions include but are not limited to our Holiday Collection, Holiday themed merchandise, and gifts without receipts.

Holiday themed merchandise and Holiday Collection pieces must be returned within two weeks for store credit only.  All items in these categories that are given as Holiday gifts will be considered final sale.  No exceptions.*

 

Return Policy: All returns must be made within 2 weeks and are for store credit only.  Items must be in unworn condition with tags attached. Original itemized receipt for in store purchases or online order # is required.

If you are shipping your return back to Wish, you will be responsible for shipping costs and the return must be post-marked within two weeks of delivery date. All shipment returns must include the in store receipt or completed online return card in the package.

If returned merchandise received by Wish is beyond the return deadline, not in perfect condition, or missing tags, credit will not be issued and the merchandise will be disposed of or donated. 

Sale items, masks, gifts without a receipt, jewelry, accessories, Wish Boxes, and any special collections are final sale.
