Return Policy: All returns MUST be made within 2 weeks of the date of purchase and are for store credit only. Items must be in unworn condition with tags attached. Original itemized receipt is required if purchased in store. Online order number is required for items purchased online.
If you are shipping your return back to Wish, you will be responsible for shipping costs and the return must be post-marked within two weeks of delivery date. All shipment returns must be pre-approved by Wish via email or phone and must include the receipt or the completed online return card with your name and order number on it, in the package.
If returned merchandise received by Wish is beyond the 2 week return deadline or not in perfect condition, credit will not be issued and the merchandise will be disposed of or donated.
Sale items, masks, gifts, jewelry and accessories are final sale.
Fragile and glass items such as candles are not eligible for shipping or return shipping. These items must be picked up/exchanged in store.
Under no circumstances are purchased items eligible for price adjustments.
These policies are subject to change and may be updated or changed at any time by Wish or it's employees.
*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Effective October 25, 2024 purchases of Holiday gifts made both in store and online are eligible for exchange only through January 15, 2025. Receipt must be present for items purchased in store. Gifts without receipts are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Exclusions to this policy include but are not limited to our Holiday Collection and Holiday themed merchandise.
Holiday themed merchandise and Holiday Collection pieces must be returned within two weeks and are for store credit only. The FINAL return date for these items is December 23. All items in these categories that are given as Holiday gifts after December 23 will be considered final sale. No exceptions.*
