All returns are for store credit only. Online and in-store credits are separate and are not interchangeable.
Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase date* in perfect, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original itemized receipt.
If you are shipping your return back to Wish, you will be responsible for shipping costs and the return must be post-marked within two weeks of purchase date on receipt. All shipment returns must be pre-approved by Wish via email or phone and must include the receipt with your name on it, in the package.
If merchandise received by Wish is beyond the return deadline or not in perfect condition, credit will not be issued and the merchandise will be disposed of or donated.
Sale items, gifts, jewelry and accessories are final sale.
*Holiday gifts purchased after 11/1/20 are eligible for website credit only if returned to the store in person or by mail by 1/15/21.
